We want you to love what you receive from Noetic Collective. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
- Items should be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, email us at sam.martin@noeticcollective.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how to send your item back.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory.
If you’d like a different item, the best option is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
